Max Headshots

Commission an original work of art

Max has been experimenting with cameras and different styles since he taught himself to develop and print photos taken with a film camera as a teenager.
Although his focus is headshots and portraiture, he’s also created landscapes, architecture, high-speed and infrared photography, macro close-up photography and composites which bring together many photos to create a single image.
Your commission could be of anyone or anything, shot and edited in the style you choose. A loved one, a treasured possession such as a classic car, a family heirloom or a surreal image that you imagine in your mind and would like to have on your wall.  Commissioned art is a thoughtful gift which anyone would appreciate.
The appropriate camera will be determined by the brief but the default option is the Phase One, which produces amazing ultra-high-resolution images which can be printed to huge sizes on metal, archival paper or perspex. Max will bring his mobile studio to you anywhere in London or the South East to give us lighting and backdrop options. The shoot can be outside – the lights are fed by powerful batteries.
Fine art pieces generally take a few weeks from the germ of an idea to the finished product. You will receive the finished digital file which after your approval, will be printed by Genesis Imaging whose clients include the Tate Gallery and Getty Images. The cost of an unframed archival print measuring up to 1 metre x 1.5 metres is included in the price.
